The Last Maestro virtual reality experience is a POC that immerses users in a beautiful Alpine Mountainscape.
Within the experience, as users wave their baton to Grieg’s “Morning Mood”, the environment shifts from night to day, snow melts and flowers bloom.
A 2022 study, conducted by the Children’s Hospital of Orange Country, California, found that amongst a cohort of 71 healthcare workers, exposure to The Last Maestro resulted in a significant reduction in burnout compared with baseline and posited that the experience may be a useful way in which to reduce burnout in this group.
